Chowdhury Walk, Hackney

Momentum worked with Al-Jawad Pike Architects to design the new housing development for Hackney Council.

The scheme delivered 11 new, high quality, affordable and social rent homes.


It is CLT engineered using modern methods of construction.


Shortlisted for the RIBA Stirling Prize 2024 winner, Chowdhury Walk was awarded the Neave Brown Award for Housing.
