Abigail Matthews . BEng CEng MICE
Abigail co-founded Momentum in 2005 and is based in our London office.
Her work specialises in architecturally interesting projects, ranging from the engineering of permanent buildings and large mixed-use development schemes to smaller bespoke structures and temporary installations.
In addition to her experience of delivering permanent building projects Abigail has a keen interest in stage technology, rigging and temporary structures.
She is the chair of the Advisory Group for Temporary Structures (AGOTS) and is a key contributor to the IStructE guide to temporary structures, as well as sitting on European committees developing a common staging standard.
Away from the office Abigail is a keen sailor, pianist and gardener.
