Florence Medforth . MEng

Florence joined the Momentum London office in 2026 as a Senior Engineer.

She has developed a broad portfolio of experience across a wide range of project types, with a particular passion for schemes that prioritise low-carbon design and deliver meaningful community impact. Notable projects include a large-scale timber residential development in Lewes and the refurbishment of a high-profile events venue in London.

Florence is a strong advocate for improving the perception of engineers within the built environment. She is actively involved in outreach initiatives, regularly speaking at and supporting schools and universities to encourage a more diverse range of individuals to pursue careers in the industry.

Outside of her professional work, Florence enjoys cooking, music, and maintaining an active social life.
