Graduates 2026

We are now taking applications for Graduates in both the Bath and London office.

Start date September 2026.

We offer challenging opportunities to graduate engineers within a friendly and supportive working environment.

We help manage our graduate training programs for IStructE and ICE and encourage early responsibility, working under the supervision of an experienced, chartered engineer.

We work with interesting and creative people delivering structural solutions on exciting and award-winning buildings.

Our diverse projects and approach to engineering allow all technical staff to experience every aspect of the construction process.

We also offer work experience and university placements to individuals studying for a career in civil and structural engineering. We work with students to understand the course structure and support their learning journey with some hands-on experience for their future studies and career.
