Momentum assisted with the comprehensive remodelling and expansion of an existing outhouse building to create a new workspace and gym.
The main existing structure was retained and the timber roof structure adapted to form a new enlarged dormer.
The existing and new extensions were checked to justify the Corten cladding panels.
Difficult ground conditions included the presence of nearby trees and slope stability issues.
Extensions were formed using screw piled foundations supporting a steel grillage and timber framed superstructure.
